He rolled!!!

Yesterday Max rolled from his belly to his back!!! He did it 3 times. I saw it all three times!! Jason got to see it twice!!! Of course, once we got out the video camera he wouldn't do it anymore!!! We are hoping to get it on video tomorrow!!

Please keep us in your prayers. I'm not feeling well today and I don't think Bubby Max is either! He's napping now, but he's been yelling and crying ever since Jason left for work!! I can't decide if it's teething, a belly ache or a cold.

If he wakes up in a better mood-we may do a photo shoot and I'll post some happy Max pics for you!!!

We are not leaving the house today-it's really snowing out there!!! Have a great day everyone!!

SHOTS STINK!!!

Well-Max had his 4 month appointment yesterday is growing like a little weed!!! He's 14 lbs 14.4 oz and 24.5 inches long!!! Doc says he is doing great and growing like a champ!! We'll be starting rice cereal next week and veggies next month!! Mommy's baby is growing up too fast!! He had to get 5 immunizations and didn't like that at all!!! It was a long afternoon of screaming and crying and fighting sleep!!! He finally took a decent nap and woke up like a new man!!! This morning he is just fine!! (there is just a little window of icky time that just stinks!). Poor little fella-we couldn't do anything to make him feel better-Jason and I were so sad about it!!!

Mommy and Daddy are both working all weekend so Max will hang out with Grandma E all weekend. Thank goodness she's coming to stay!! Jason and I won't be home at the same time again until he gets off work monday night!! It'll be a long 4 days!!! But it'll be worth it-we have 3 days off together next week to make up for it!!!

Big boy growing up

Well-yesterday Max went to his first story time at the library!! They have a laptime story time for babies 0-17 months old! He did great. He fell asleep on the way to the library so we weren't even sure if he'd wake up-but when we pulled him out of the car he did so Max and I went in. (Jason wandered around the library looking at books!!). They sang songs with motions and read short stories. He loved it. Of course-he had to have lunch in the middle of it....but it was pretty easy going. There were so many babies there-and all ages. It was exciting to see the kinds of things he'll be doing over the next few months!!

Today is Max's 4 month appointment and shots:(. We'll update soon with his height and weight!! Grandma and Grandpa E are guessing 16 lbs!!!

FOUR MONTHS OLD!!

Today Max is 4 months old!!!

Can you believe it?? Mommy and Daddy can't!! He's smiling all the time (except when he sticks his lower lip out in a pout!!). Either way-he has his mommy and daddy wrapped around his little finger!!)
